Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The impugned order is very much appealable. The petitioner can move the District Collector, Dindigul. No case has been made out for bypassing the alternative remedy.

3. The petitioner's counsel would contend that the relevant documents were not supplied to him. This contention can very well be urged before the appellate authority.

4. With this liberty to the writ petitioner to move the appellate authority, the Writ Petition is dismissed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
