ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 323, 342, 365, 368 and 392 of IPC, in Crime No.49 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that that the case against the petitioners in Crime No.49 of 2024 has been closed as 'further action dropped' and hence, there is no apprehension of arrest.
