ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.21 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.21 of 2019 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 355 and 506(1) IPC on the file of the respondent police on 29.01.2019. But so far, no investigation is conducted on the same and hence, the petitioner has come before this Court with the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been completed and final report has been filed as 'action dropped'.

5. Since the investigation in the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been completed and final report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate dropping further proceedings, the relief as such sought for by the petitioner in the present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
