This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.70 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioners are concerned. 2.
Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, and the same is taken on file by the learned Magistrate in C.C.No.1977 of 2023 on 29.05.2023.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if they are having any grounds.
