O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the Charge Sheet in S.C.No.334 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned District and Sessions (Mahila) Court (Mahalir Neethimandram), Madurai, for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B and 306 (2 counts) of IPC.

2.The second respondent as well as the petitioner/accused No.1 are present before this Court and they are identified by the respective learned counsel and both the parties have filed joint compromise memo stating that the matter in issue between them has been amicably resolved and therefore, the second respondent / defacto complainant is not willing to prosecute the case and therefore would pray for quashing the case.

3. The compromise memo is filed before this Court and the parties are also present and their identity has also been verified. Since the matters in issue has been compromised between the parties, no purpose will be served in keeping the case pending further.

4. In the result, by recording the compromise, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Charge Sheet in S.C No.334 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned District and Sessions (Mahila) Court(Mahalir Neethimandram) Madurai is quashed. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order.
