ORDER

This Petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner may surrender and produce surety before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.5, Madurai through video conference in Crl.OP(MD) No.21820 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025 Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to surrender before the concerned Court through video conferencing.

There is no provision enabling surrender through video conferencing. Hence, this Petition is dismissed. 16.02.2026 LS 2/4
