RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 3.2.2016 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1278 of 2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order, dated 03.02.2016, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1278 of 2016 on condition that he should report before the respondent police daily 6.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks, after his release on custody. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested by the Thirumangalam Town Police Station in

connection with Crime No.26 of 2009 and released on bail on 08.01.2016 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.468 of 2016 on condition that on release, he should report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, daily at 10.30 a.m. On account of the same, the petitioner has not able to comply with the order passed by this Court on 03.02.2016.

3. In such circumstances, condition No.(ii) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1278 of 2016, dated 03.02.2016, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. In all other aspect the order dated 03.02.2016 shall stand unaltered.
