[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from taking physical possession of the petitioner's property in D/No.15A/1, TS No.1206/2A1A, Annathoppu Street, Madurai Town Survey Ward No.5, then Ward No.15, at present Corporation Ward No.34A, Madurai District, till the disposal of S.A.SR.No.74 of 2003 in Diary No.24 of 2023 pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for both sides that the issue involved in the Writ Petition has been settled among the parties and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
