2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are not complying with the condition regularly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
