The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 30.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent has registered a case in Crime No.29 of 2015 on 13.02.2015 for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 294(b), 379, 506(i) of I.P.C, against one Duraikannu, S/o. Perumal.
