O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for a prayer to direct the respondent to take immediate action against the accused persons in Crime No.58 of 2013 on the file of the respondent and to file final report within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the final report will be filed as expeditiously as possible. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and to file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
