Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the impugned check status dated Nil issued by the 2nd respondent rejecting the petitioners online application dated 20.12.2022 for the legal heir certificate of her deceased father and mother and quash the same and consequentially direct the 2nd respondent to issue the legal heir certificate of the petitioners deceased father and mother on her online application TN-7202212201851 dated 20.12.2022 made to 2nd respondent.

Challenging the rejection of legal heir certificate communication, issued by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the legal certificate had been issued to the petitioner and hence, this writ petition may be closed recording the same.

3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
