After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application dated 21.11.2019 after receiving the same, taking note of the decision of this Court in W.P.Nos.27746 to 27750 of 2008 dated 21.11.2008 as confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.1104, 777, 1013, 1110 and 1111 of 2009 (The Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Tirupur and another Vs. R.Ravikumar and others), vide order dated 03.03.2010.
