The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, since the FIR is pending from March 2019, the first respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
