This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.9 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.388 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arupukkottai. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
