This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in Crime No.860 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, both the counsel represented that the matter was settled between the parties. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that there was no objection to quash this petition.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the proceedings in Crime No.860 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent Police is hereby quashed. This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
