PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent relating to the proceedings in DIS/CON/105 dated 22.05.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider various representations of the petitioner herein dated 22.08.2019 and 05.11.2019 and return the petitioner's monies to the tune of Rs.46,00,000/- along with interest wrongly detained.
