ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.01.2024, in W.P.(MD).No.9376 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the petitioner's application has been rejected and a copy of the order in Na.Ka.No.DP1/732/2025 dated 15.03.2025 is also handed over to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order, if aggrieved by the same, in the manner known to law.
