Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A6 in Crime No.26 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 120-B and 498(A) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is the daughter-in-law of the petitioner's sister, who is arrayed as A4 and the brother-in-law of the de-facto complainant misbehaved with the de-facto complainant and according to the de-facto complainant, the petitioner over phone informed her sister/A4 and insisted her to harass the de-facto complainant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is residing at Chinnalapatti, which is far away from the defacto complainant's house and the petitioner is no way connected with the de-facto complainant and except this petitioner, others were enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16721 of 2015.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl. side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
