[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] By consent of both parties this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.According to the petitioner, the respondents 4 to 6 made encroachment in Survey No.214/18, Thoppanaickanur, Vembur Village, Gujjiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District, which is classified as pathway. Pointing out the same, he made a representation to the official respondents. Since the same has not been considered so far, he has filed this Writ Petition. 3.We have perused the affidavit and typed set of papers filed in support of this petition, wherein the petitioner has not placed any material to establish that

there is a pathway in the land in question. Therefore, in the absence of any material, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition, accordingly, it is dismissed. However, it is for the respondent concerned to consider the representation made by the petitioner and take necessary action thereon. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
