ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, after divorcing his first wife, has proposed to marry the fourth respondent. But the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner had married the fourth respondent and got a child through the fourth respondent and that since there existed matrimonial dispute, the fourth respondent has given a complaint and on that basis, CSR came to be registered and the same is pending.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2/4

third respondent and on such appearance, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
