The revision petitioner / respondent filed this revision to strike off the petition in GWOP.No.324 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District, on the ground that ward itself has filed a petition for appointment of guardian. Since the respondent / petitioner is being a natural guardian, he cannot file an application only for appointment of guardian. So, the revision is allowed and the petition in GWOP.No.324 of 2021 is struck off.
