COMMON ORDER Seeking direction to the Special Court for TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, to dispose the application made in I.A.Nos.2 and 4 of 2023 in O.A.No.23 of 2012 filed under Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act 1997 within time frame that may be fixed by this Court, this petition has been filed. 2.In connected matter namely in C.R.P.(MD).No.260 of 2024 order was passed on 12.02.2024, directing the trial Court to take up the matter and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The above said order stands extended to this matter also.

3.With the above said directions, this civil revision petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
