ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report pertaining to the case in Crime No.17 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the parties have entered in compromise and the joint compromise memo has also been filed to that effect.

3. In view of the development, the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2015 against the petitioners is quashed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the terms of Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
