This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.228 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case was ended in acquittal on 05.01.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
