ORDER

Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR No.22 of 2021 and is pending for enquiry.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to dispose of the said petition, based on findings and on merits, after giving notice to the private respondents herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.

3.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
