Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. According to the learned Government Advocated(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified as follows:
"The petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 06.30 p.m until further orders.
