ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction against the respondent bank to re-schedule the loan account of the writ petitioner, based upon the representation dated 31.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondent bank on 31.12.2025, seeking to reclassify the loan account and re-schedule the loan account. The said representation is pending with the first respondent/bank. Therefore, the first respondent / Bank is directed consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 31.12.2025 and 2/4

pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.02.2026 TTA TO
