ORDER

When the matter has been listed today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent fairly submitted that the resolution has been passed and the petitioner is found to be eligible for the house site patta, being a landless poor person.

2. In view of the same, there can be no impediment for the official respondents, namely, the Tahsildar to consider the applications of the petitioner, dated 21.06.2024 and 09.12.2024 in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
