ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to issue Non-Traceable Certificate regarding the Document No.50198 of 2019, dated 27.09.2019 registered at Sub Registrar Office No.II, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District.

2. The petitioners have lodged complaint before the second respondent intending to settle the property in favour of the first petitioner and hand over the original documents to the third respondent, who is the document writer who prepared the gift deed. However the third respondent colluded with the respondents 4 and 5 herein and refused to return back the parent document. Therefore the petitioner had lodge a complaint before the second respondent and he was issued with CSR No.32 of 2021 and after conducting enquiry the same was closed on 17.04.2021, hence the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted.
