ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's daughter one Archana eloped with the third respondent herein and got married. Earlier the husband of the petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent and the same is still pending. Now based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that no complaint is pending against the petitioner as on date and now the complaint given by the petitioner's husband is being investigated by the respondent police. He would further submit that the second respondent police has not harassed the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

nor intent to harass her.
