ORDER

The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint, dated 14.11.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on the file of the first respondent alleging that the named accused has cheated him to the tune of Rs.26,14,531/- by forging and fabricating documents. The first respondent has forwarded the same to the file of the Central Crime Branch Unit-I, Madurai, who after conducting enquiry, has closed the enquiry stating that the petitioner/complainant has given a false complaint.

4. Closure report of Sub-Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch Unit-I, Madurai, dated 10.02.2015, is taken on record.

5. In the light of the said document, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report, dated 10.02.2015, to the petitioner herein within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such receipt, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.
