Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the land comprised in Survey No.91/13E, Patta No.1910, Thottamangalam Village, Tiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanthapuram District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2020 to the 1st respondent and 29.07.2020 to the 1st and 2nd respondents and to furnish the survey report within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the subject land and furnish a copy of the report to him.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the survey and demarcation would be carried out within the time to be fixed by this Court.

3.In view of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader this writ petition is disposed of with direction as under:

W.P(MD)No.3355 of 2021 The respondents are directed to survey and demarcate the subject property within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents are also directed to communicate the copy of the survey report to the petitioner. No costs.
