ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent a case in Crime No.66 of 2019 has been registered on the file of the second respondent and the petitioner is arrayed as accused in the said case.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since the petitioner is arrayed as accused in the case in Crime No.66 of 2019, the present petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
