O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No. 728 of 2015 from the file of the third respondent police to any other competent police officer who knows the Ahama and rituals performed in a temple for a proper investigation and file a final report within the period stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case has been registered only on 09.11.2015 and the matter would be taken up for proper investigation and it is not fair on the part of the petitioner to seek such prayer at this stage. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation may be monitored by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruvattar Police Station, Thuckalay Sub Division.
3.During the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not pressed the allegation against the third respondent and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he prays that investigation may be monitored by the Deputy Superintendent of Police.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruvattar Police Station, Thuckalay Sub Division to monitor the investigation in Crime No.728 of 2015 and the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
