The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.01.2022. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, based on the written instructions from the respondent authorities, submitted that 772 trees were removed and in lieu 7720 trees are planted in various nearby places.

3.In view of the said instructions, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
