ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent to produce the person or body of the petitioners daughter Vinothini, aged about 27 years D/o.Mathialagan before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit based on the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No. 15 of 2020 was registered under the caption 'Woman Missing'. During enquiry the alleged detenue Vinothini appeared in person before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palayamkottai Sub Division and she stated that she was in love with one Yesudass for the past six years. Since it was objected by the petitioner and his wife she had left the house on her own and married the said Yesudass and based on which enquiry was closed.
