ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner except due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the third respondent and on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and at that time, the third respondent and her husband have given statement and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
