ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.428 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner, who is a good friend of the defacto complainant, had represented to the defacto complainant that there is a precious and miraculous Sanjeevi Herb, which is capable of curing all diseases and will bring a lot of fortune. Saying that, he had taken the defacto complainant to A2 and introduced him as a Tribal, who is in possession of the said Herb. Believing the representation of A1 and A2, it appears that the defacto complainant borrowed Rs.10,00,000/- from various persons and over a period of time paid to this petitioner. 4. Taking into consideration the serious nature of allegation against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
