Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PALPANDI V, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22356 of 2022, dated 19.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and the same is yet to be taken on file. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22356 of 2022, dated 19.12.2022 is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
