ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC, r/w 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act, in Crime No.92 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side)has submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7418 of 2019 was dismissed on the ground that there are two previous cases are pending against the petitioner herein. She further submitted that this petition is the second anticipatory bail and hence, she prayed to dismiss the petition.
4.Taking into consideration of the fact that there are two previous cases are pending against the petitioner and also the fact that there is no change of circumstances, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition.
