Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the enquiry and register the complaint based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.11.2021 and further consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2021. For Petitioner : Mr.J.M.Hassanul Bazari For R1 and R2 : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side)

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 20.11.2021 and to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.12.2021.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he lodged complaint dated 20.11.2021 and it is still pending on the file of the second respondent.

3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and also to the third and fourth respondents herein, conduct enquiry and after giving opportunity of hearing, dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
