ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.234 of 2016 within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already trial has been commenced and P.Ws.1 to 7 were examined on the side of the prosecution.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District is directed to expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
