PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb within time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb within time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had infact given complaint against the third respondent and based on which enquiry was conducted in C.No.G2/23336/1824/2019 relating to supply of machineries and non payment of money and during enquiry the parties have agreed to approach the civil court for exercising their right and based on which enquiry has been closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
