Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 419, 466, 467, 468, 420, 109 and 34 IPC in Crime No.16 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. This is second anticipatory bail petition and the first anticipatory bail petitions in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.18922 and 18264 of 2014 was dismissed by this Court on 17.11.2014 by a well considered order. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner along with others has sold 21 plots to the defacto complainant and various other persons, over which, they have no right or title. In this regard, the Village Administrative Officer has also been made as A4 in this case, who is said to have colluded with this petitioner in creating false records.

4. Taking into consideration the serious nature of allegation against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
