PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., tto direct the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and her family members unnecessarily against Law under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2019 to the first respondent. This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the second respondent / Inspector of Police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that due to money some dispute between the parties, a complaint has been lodged by the fourth respondent and the said complaint has been enquired into and closed.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent against the petitioner has been enquired and closed, nothing survives in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
