Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to pass orders on his petition dated 15.11.2021 which is pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 15.11.2021, seeking for issuance of patta for his property, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and he has placed before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.2882 of 2022 this Court an order dated 29.11.2021, passed by the second respondent rejecting the petitioner's application dated 15.11.2021, which is the subject matter of this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received the said order till date. Since the application dated 15.11.2021, has already been rejected by the aforesaid order, the only remedy available is to challenge the said order in accordance with law.

4.Since the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date he has not received the copy of the order. This Court directs the second respondent to serve one more copy on the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 29.11.2021, passed by the second respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs.
