The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent police to register a case against the culprits on the petition of the petitioner dated 28.06.2014.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the complaint was closed. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has given the copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court. The copy of the closure report is placed on record.
