: Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to laid the final report in Cr.No.105 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned in accordance with law within the time prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.105 of 2013 and file a final report.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.105 of 2013 has been registered for the offences under Sections 120(b), 465 and 468 IPC on the file of the respondent police. But so far, no investigation is conducted on the same and hence, the petitioner has come before this Court with the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in the complaint given by the petitioner is substantially completed and final report will be filed shortly.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in the case in Crime No.105 of 2013 and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
