This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation / application made by the petitioner on 18.08.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for No Objection Certificate in order to obtain license for R.O Water Plant.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to convey the decision taken on the representation made by the 2/4

petitioner on 18.08.2020 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above directions. No costs.
